Indonesia wants to deepen strategic partnership with Vietnam

(VOVworld) – Vietnamese ambassador Hoang Anh Tuan has presented his credentials to Indonesian President Joko Widodo. President Widodo said he believed the two countries will continue to cooperate in politics, economics, and culture in the interests of maintaining peace and stability in the region and for a stronger ASEAN community. He said he hoped that the ambassador will contribute to fostering friendship between the two countries. Ambassador Tuan pledged to boost the implementation of the two countries’ 2014-2018 strategic partnership action program and promote bilateral cooperation in economics, trade, investment, education, training, and culture.
