Intersection between Belt Road No.3 and Hanoi-Hai Phong Expressway opens to traffic
(VOVWORLD) - The intersection between Belt Road No.3 and Hanoi-Hai Phong Expressway has opened to traffic after more than a year of construction.

The Prime Minister cut the ribbon on Saturday to complete the project as part of celebration to the upcoming 13th National Party Congress. The project aims to facilitate vehicles in travelling through the intersection conveniently and safely while helping shorten their journeys through Belt Road No.3, Hanoi-Hai Phong Expressway and Co Linh Street in Long Bien District. It is expected to contribute to reducing traffic congestion and promoting the socio-economic development of Hanoi.
