Iran in talk on 25-year strategic accord with China
(VOVWORLD) - Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif told a session of parliament on Sunday that Iran is negotiating a 25-year accord with China.

He said the deal was made public in January 2016 when Chinese President Xi Jinping visited Tehran.
China is Iran’s top trading partner and a key market for Iranian crude oil exports, although those have been dampened by US economic sanctions imposed after Washington's 2018 withdrawal from the nuclear deal with Tehran.
