Iraqi forces attack last IS stronghold

(VOVWORLD) - Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said on Thursday that Iraqi forces had launched attacks on Rawa and al_Qaim on the western border with Syria.

These areas are considered the final stronghold of IS in Iraq. International alliances and Sunni forces supported the campaign.
