(VOVworld) – The General Secretary of the Laotian People’s Revolutionary Party Choummaly Sayasone praised the level of cooperation shown between Ho Chi Minh city and some areas of Laos.

Mr. Choummaly Sayasone said this at a reception for a delegation from Ho Chi Minh city led by Le Thanh Hai, Secretary of Ho Chi Minh city’s Party Committee in Vientiane on Wednesday. Mr. Choummaly Sayasone said that the city’s many contributions have helped to promote a comprehensive cooperation between Laos and Vietnam. He said he hoped that both will continue to promote the exchange of information, both countries’ socio-economic development plans. He added that under the leadership of Communist party of Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh city will successfully carry out the Resolution passed at the 11^th National Party Congress.
