(VOVworld) -  Representatives of Libya’s House of Representatives and the General National Congress met in Skhirat, Morocco, and reached a draft accord, which is very close to a final agreement to resolve conflicts in Libya.

 The UN Secretary-General's Envoy and head of the UN Support Mission in Libya, Bernardino Leon, told reporters on Sunday that both sides seemed to agree with the draft accord towards the formation of a national unity government despite several adjustments and references which needed to be made. The factions will return to Libya for consultations and return to Morocco to finalize the agreement.
