Mercosur - potential market for Vietnamese exports
(VOVWORLD) - Mercosur comprising Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay and Venezuela could be a potential market for a wide range of Vietnamese products such as clothing, footwear, handicraft, and processed food in the context that the COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted various traditional supply chains, according to an online conference.

The online Vietnam-Mercosur trade conference was held on Thursday in Ho Chi Minh City to expand export markets, promote Vietnamese trademarks to South American markets, and resolve difficulties for businesses in the context of COVID-19 pandemic.
Over the past years, the Vietnam Trade Office in Brazil has boosted trade promotion activities, sought for more business opportunities, and worked closely with Brazil to support Vietnamese businesses, helping to create favorable administrative procedures and reduce import costs.
