The South Korean government office on Monday said that new President Park Geun-hye has held a meeting to appoint of 13 new ministers. The meeting took place amid tensions with North Korea and tensions related to a restructuring resolution which has not been passed. Under the restructuring resolution, the cabinet will include 18 members.
