Under the deal, the two sides agreed to some post-ceasefire steps including reviving the unfinished peace process, which calls for the inclusion of seven other groups. They will draw up a political framework within 60 days after the formal signing and start a political dialogue within 90 days. The draft framework for political dialogue, completed by the Union Peace Dialogue Joint Committee (UPDJC), is expected to be approved by the UPDJC on December 14 in the capital of Nay Pyi Taw. The first round of formal dialogue is scheduled to start by January 14, 2016.
