During an online conversation on Wednesday, both leaders agreed to continue promoting their close coordination mechanism at multilateral forums; support each other's positions on regional and global issues of mutual concern.

They stressed the need to strengthen trade exchanges and increase investment capital in each other's markets. The functional agencies of the two countries should study and take advantage of the gateway position of each country, and capitalize on the signed documents on trade cooperation. The two legislative bodies should jointly propose a mechanism to promote trade and investment relations, considering this as a driving force to develop bilateral ties.

National Assembly Chairman Hue suggested that Morocco soon complete procedures for ratifying the Investment Promotion and Protection Agreement which was signed in 2012 and called on the two sides to prepare well for the 5th meeting of the Joint Committee and the 6th Political Consultation in Morocco.

The Speaker of the House of Representatives said he wished to cooperate with Vietnam in automobile industry, aviation, agriculture, sustainable development, renewable energy, and wind and solar power. He pledged favorable conditions for the Vietnamese community in Morocco to integrate well into the local society.
