NA Chairman underscores quality as key to lawmaking
(VOVWORLD) - Top legislator Tran Thanh Man has called on members of the National Assembly Standing Committee to comprehensively and meticulously review draft laws before submitting them to the National Assembly.

He made the remarks at the 55th session of the Standing Committee in Hanoi on Monday.
"Quality is key to lawmaking. Everything should be prepared carefully prior to submission to the National Assembly," said Mr. Man.
During the session, the Standing Committee will debate 10 draft laws and one draft resolution that will be submitted for adoption at the first session of the 16th NA.
