(VOVWORLD) -A list of 19 nominees for the online voting round of the "Vietnamese Outstanding Young Faces" Award 2025 was announced at a press conference in Hanoi on Monday.

The award honors young people under 35 years old, who have achieved outstanding accomplishments in 10 fields: academics, scientific research-innovation, labor and production, business-entrepreneurship, national defense, security and order, sports, social activities, culture and arts, and public administration.
Last year, the Organizing Committee received 145 nominations from 37 organizations nationwide, including 4 self-nominations.

The online voting takes place from Monday to March 16. Following this round, the second meeting will convene to select the 10 outstanding young Vietnamese and the promising Vietnamese youths 2025. The awards ceremony is scheduled for March in Hanoi.
Over the past 29 years, the award has honored 290 young Vietnamese individuals and 285 promising youths.
