(VOV) – A delegation of the NA Committee on drafting amendments to the 1992 Constitution, led by Phan Trung Ly, Chairman of NA Law Committee, paid a working visit to Ha Tinh province on Tuesday to collect people’s ideas for drafting amendments to the 1992 Constitution.

The delegation praised the province’s efforts in collecting proposals from local intellectuals and scientists for the amendments. They also asked the province to collect more ideas from people in the more remote and disadvantaged areas, to enable them to participate in drafting amendments to the Constitution.
