(VOVworld)- On Monday, the National Assembly Defense and Security Committee discussed draft laws on guards, communal police, and management and utilization of weapons, explosives and support tools. At a workshop in Hue, delegates discussed changes to the draft law on guards, prohibited actions, policies for individuals and organizations joining the guard force, and rights and responsibilities of guards. The draft laws are expected to be submitted to the NA for approval at its upcoming session.
