(VOVworld) – National Assembly deputies approved on Monday the revised Law on the Enforcement of Civil Judgments. They also debated the revised Law on Civil Code.
In the afternoon session, lawmakers approved the revised Housing Law, the revised Law on Real Estate Business, and discussed amendments to the Law on State Budget.
On Sunday, the National Assembly approved revised Laws on the Organization of the People’s Court and People’s Procuracy and Resolutions on the enforcement of these laws. The same day, the deputies debated the UN Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. They agreed that the UN Convention matches the Vietnamese Party and Government’s view and benefits Vietnam’s 7 million people with disabilities.
