At a polling station in Hai An ward, the National Assembly Chairman reviewed facilities, working conditions of the election team, and training activities for team members, particularly those participating for the first time.

He stressed that polling stations must strictly follow all procedures to ensure accuracy and avoid any mistakes. Under no circumstances should there be complacency or omission of any required steps. At the same time, maximum convenience should be created for voters to cast their ballots early and directly.

Mr. Man said: "We need to mobilize voters, emphasizing that Election Day is a major national event, as well as an important occasion for Hai Phong city and each ward. Voters should be aware of their responsibility to select truly deserved representatives for the National Assembly, the municipal People’s Council, and the ward-level People’s Council. Public communication and voter outreach are crucial to the success of the election."
