In any circumstance or condition, we are determined to safeguard every square meter of sea and islands, ensuring peace and security so that people can celebrate the Lunar New Year in joy, warmth and happiness," said Rear Admiral Tran Xuan Van.

Several business people accompanied the visit to deliver gifts that underscored their support for people serving in the nation’s frontline maritime areas.
