Covering 700 square meters, Oppo’s global-standard satellite service warehouse in Ho Chi Minh City stores more than 5,000 types of spare parts, serving the needs of millions of users in Vietnam.
70% of the warehouse area is dedicated to spare parts storage, built according to global standards, and serves as a distribution hub for 45 warranty service centers nationwide.
Over 5,000 types of components are organized across 500 shelves, each managed by serial numbers and barcodes. When parts are needed, staff can simply check their location in the system, retrieve them, and hand them over to the delivery unit. The entire warehouse system is temperature-controlled between 10°C and 35°C.
An AI system is integrated to automatically place weekly orders from the central warehouse in China. It also provides detailed statistics on parts used, items in transit, and inventory levels at the main, satellite, and branch warehouses. This enables the system to forecast demand, prevent shortages, and promptly meet customer needs.
