(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam has asked the health and insurance sectors to improve implementation of the Health Insurance Evaluation System to ensure that all 90 million Vietnamese people have regular health checks.

Mr. Dam made the call at a meeting in Hanoi on Monday to review the Health Insurance Evaluation System. The Deputy Prime Minister hailed the insurance sector’s accomplishments and its national database of 12,000 health facilities. The system, which began operation last June, has connected health facilities from the communal to central level.
