At work, they should value discipline and processes while rejecting complacency and outdated approaches. In business and production, youth are encouraged to boldly adopt new technologies, improve governance, boost productivity, and build strong Vietnamese brands grounded in quality and innovation.

In the public sector, young people should contribute to building a modern, transparent, and effective administration. Across culture, society, environment, national defense, and security, they are urged to proactively introduce innovative solutions, preserve national identity, and safeguard the country in both physical and digital spaces.

Overall, today’s youth are encouraged to embrace the guiding motto: “Resilient – Innovative – Aspiring to Contribute – Mastering the Future.”

To support these goals, the State needs to further strengthen institutions, remove barriers, and create a transparent and enabling legal environment for innovation. Educational institutions should reform teaching and learning methods to foster independent thinking, problem-solving skills, collaboration, and practical competencies. The Youth Union must continue to innovate its activities, serving as a trusted companion and platform to nurture young talent.

General Secretary To Lam expressed his hope that Vietnamese youth will continue to uphold national traditions, strengthen their aspirations, enrich their intellect, build resilience and ethics, enhance innovation capacity, master science and technology, and boldly explore new and challenging fields.
