The Rapid Response Team will act as an “elite force,” promptly protecting the legitimate rights and interests of both visitors and businesses. The multilingual QR code system serves as a technological bridge, helping remove language barriers and allowing international tourists to easily access information and provide instant feedback.
Meanwhile, the Tourism Code of Conduct reflects a commitment by the local business community and residents to promote a fair, transparent and civilized tourism environment.
“All these efforts aim to meet public expectations and reinforce visitors’ trust. This provides a crucial foundation for Phu Quoc to prepare in the most professional and proactive manner for the APEC 2027 Economic Leaders’ Week, a major international event that the island has the honor of hosting,” said Tran Minh Khoa, Chairman of the Phu Quoc People’s Committee.
