(VOVWORLD) - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized on Monday that administrative reform is one of Vietnam’s three strategic breakthrough tasks.

At a meeting with representatives of 63 provinces and cities, Mr. Chinh said administrative reform is needed to build a democratic, professional, modern, streamlined, effective, efficient, and integrity-based administration centered around people and businesses.
Significant progress has been made in administrative reform and this has improved the investment and business climate, he said.
