The meeting, which took place in Hanoi and was connected online with 34 provinces and cities, aimed to effectively implement key tasks and solutions in line with General Secretary To Lam's directive "breakthrough actions, spreading results."
At the meeting, the Prime Minister stated that the approach must be more substantive, using goals as a guide and products as a measure. He urged for a shift from a task-oriented mindset to a results-oriented mindset, from "doing a lot" to "doing it right, doing it accurately," doing it thoroughly and to the end.
In that spirit, PM Chinh requested participants to clarify the concretization of the 14th National Party Congress Resolution on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation. It’s imperative to propose breakthrough solutions to strongly develop data economy, AI, digital infrastructure, and digital workforce.
The Prime Minister also requested the meeting to clearly define the key tasks and solutions for the entire year so that science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation truly become breakthrough drivers, contributing to achieving double-digit growth targets and other set goals, indicators, and tasks.
