(VOVWORLD) -At Tuesday’s online meeting with ministries, agencies, and local authorities on implementing the “Quang Trung Campaign” to rapidly rebuild or repair homes destroyed or damaged by recent natural disasters, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh ordered double efforts.

He said the work will be paid for by funding from central and local governments, aid from domestic and international organizations, donations from private donors, and contributions from local communities.

PM Chinh urged for repairs to be completed by December 31, and new construction to be completed by January 31, 2026, saying any obstacles should be reported immediately to the Government and to him.
