Political Bureau meeting convened
(VOVWORLD) - Party General Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong chaired a Politburo meeting in Hanoi on Thursday to collect opinions on the working agenda of the Politburo and the Party Secretariat in 2020 and discuss affairs relating to personnel.
Mr. Trong stressed the importance of political events taking place in 2020 and preparations for the Party Congresses at various levels. He asked the Party Central Committee’s Office to work closely with relevant agencies to review documents before submitting them to the Politburo and that the Party Secretariat be flexible, creative and responsive to newly arising problems.
