President highlights Nam Dinh’s potential to become wealthy province
(VOVWORLD) - President Vo Van Thuong on Saturday urged the northern province of Nam Dinh to focus on accelerating economic restructuring associated with renewing the growth model.

Addressing a ceremony marking 60 years of President HCM’s visit to Nam Dinh, President Thuong said the province needs to effectively implement the new-style rural development program coupling with urbanization to improve the living standards of people in rural areas.
“Nam Dinh should be well aware of its role, position, potential, advantages, and challenges to ensure socio-economic development and national security and defense," said President Thuong.
It’s crucial to follow President HCM’s thought, morality, and style, Mr. Thuong said, citing President Ho, "Nam Dinh boasts fertile land, abundant natural resources, industrious people, and the great potential to become a wealthy province.’”
