(VOVworld)- President Truong Tan Sang has signed into decision to make public amendment to the Constitution and a resolution to implement it. The amendment was enacted at the 6^th session of the 13^th National Assembly and serving as a fundamental law of the state in national construction towards socialism. The amended constitution confirmed the Communist Party of Vietnam as a leading force of the State and society, closely connected to the people, serving the people and subject to people’s supervision.
