(VOVworld) - Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung received Laotian Minister of Security, Somkeo Silavong, who is in Vietnam to participate in the 70th anniversary of Vietnam People’s Public Security. The Prime Minister pledged further cooperation with the ASEAN, China, Russia, Cuba and international organizations including Aseanpol and Interpol to combat transnational crimes, drug and human trafficking and terrorism. He said more exchanges of experience are required to promote international friendship and cooperation. The Laotian Minister expected more contributions by Vietnamese police forces to national construction and defense.
