North Korea has warned that it will launch a third nuclear test in responding to UN Security Council’s decision that imposes more sanctions on the latest Pyongyang’s nuclear test. The state newspaper Rodong Sinmun said on Saturday that nuclear test is the people’s demand, adding it has no choice. The newspaper said that the greatest threat to peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula springs from hostile policy backed by the US. The move came  a day after the North warned that it will react to South Korea if Seoul directly joins UN’s sanctions, saying that the sanctions are to declare war against Pyongyang.
