The initiative supports the province’s 2025 targets of drawing 20 million visitors, including 4.5 million foreigners, and achieving 14% GRDP growth.

Highlights of the peak season from April to September include the “Skywave Ha Long” art show, an international hot air balloon festival, a sculpture creation camp, and the Quang Ninh Super Fest music event. 

“With its natural beauty, modern infrastructure, and cultural and sports facilities, Quang Ninh is ready to host events of national and international scale. The presence of global cultural and sports stars will further spotlight Quang Ninh’s image and significantly contribute to the development of local tourism and socio-economic growth,” said Nguyen Thanh Tung, Deputy Director of the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
