He made the statement while chairing a meeting of the Politburo and Secretariat on Friday to review progress in restructuring the state apparatus and administrative units.
“Personnel reorganization must strictly adhere to the set guidelines and policies, ensuring fairness and transparency for affected individuals,” said Mr. Lam. “It is important to maintain uninterrupted public services during the transitional period to avoid any impact on citizens and businesses.”
