NATO's Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen
(VOVworld) – Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has criticized NATO's Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen for writing on his Twitter microblog that he had seen no signs Russia was withdrawing troops from Ukraine's border.
On Wednesday, President Vladimir Putin ordered his troops to step back from the border with Ukraine. He also asked protestors in eastern Ukraine to delay the referendum day, which is scheduled on May 11, to create necessary conditions for a dialogue.
