(VOVWORLD) - A project named “Peace Road” will highlight the achievements of peace building, according to Irina Konhiukhova, a Russian professor of constitutional and international law at the Russian State University of Justice.

As head of the project, Konhiukhova hopes to draw up a document of basic principles for improving laws on human rights, respecting national borders, and resolving disputes. Russia is hoping all nations, including Vietnam, will help draft the document and asks every country to draft their own law on peace to end baseless war.
Under the project, seminars and discussions will be held to connect researchers worldwide and boost the international community’s desire for peace.
