Environmentalists were speaking at a seminar held by the Business Development Institute and Germany’s Hanns Seidel Institute in Hanoi on Friday. The environmentalists said that the transformation would require a shift in thinking and determination, including disseminating eco-friendly lifestyles and consumption habits, conducting sustainable urbanization, and learning from the experiences of green development in other countries. By 2020 greenhouse gas emissions are expected to reach to 96 million metric tons of carbon dioxide.
