Singaporean investors believe in the growth of Vietnam’s property market
(VOVworld) – The President of Keppel Land Vietnam, a leading Singaporean investor in Vietnam said they believed in the long-term growth of Vietnam’s property market. The Business Times quoted Linson Lim as saying that Vietnam had a young, dynamic population plus the growth of a middle class hoping to own houses. Lim said that rapid urbanization, improving infrastructure and reduced bank interest rates in Ho Chi Minh city would support the housing needs. Keppel Land Limited has decided to increase its shares from 55% to 98% in a project to develop high-rise buildings in HCM city. The decision is a demonstration of the company’s commitment to continued investment in Vietnam.
