“We hope these houses will help local people rebuild their lives. The Special Forces will continue to work closely with local authorities and residents for Dak Lak’s development and prosperity,” Deputy Political Commissar Colonel Hoang Ngoc Thanh said at the ceremony.

After just over one month of construction, the Special Forces completed 18 houses in Hoa Thinh Commune by Thursday, six days ahead of schedule. Each household also received essential items, including televisions, beds, tables and chairs, cookware, and 100 kilograms of rice ahead of the Lunar New Year (Tết) 2026.

“Special Forces personnel worked tirelessly, day and night, despite difficult conditions. Their support is timely and practical, helping us recover and move forward after the natural disaster,” said Nguyen Van Be, one of the beneficiaries.

Under the “Quang Trung Campaign,” launched by the Prime Minister in early December, the Special Forces have built or repaired a total of 48 houses in Dak Lak and Khanh Hoa provinces.
