Thailand to announce plan to join CPTPP

(VOVWORLD) - The Thai government will announce its official plan to join the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) during Deputy Prime Minister Somkid Jatusripita’s visit to Japan in March, Thai media reported on Monday.

Once the Thai Ministry of Commerce’s proposal to join the CPTPP is approved by the Thai government, Thailand will send the proposal to the current CPTPP members.
