(VOVworld) - The Party Central Committee’s Theoretical Council and Hanoi Business Association on Friday signed a cooperative agreement on capacity building for entreupreuners. The deal also covers joint research on urgent political theories to meet the demand for business renovation, organising symposiums on political ideology as well as disseminating the Party and State development policies to entrepreneurs. Vice Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, Phung Huu Phu spoke at the signing ceremony: "The agreement is practical to implement the resolutions of the Party and State and meets the real demand of Hanoi’s businesses. Any shortcomings in management should be adjusted".
