Many of the visitors lived through the time when the city struggled against the pandemic. Ms. Le Cam Le from Ban Co Ward told VOV, “As citizens of this city, we should work together and do our part to help it grow stronger and more prosperous. We hope the younger generation will continue to make valuable contributions to its development.”
