Khuong said that the itinerary of Lam's trip, starting from Guangdong city, Guangzhou province, before moving on to Beijing, carries profound significance, as it shows that the bilateral relationship is built upon the sacrifices and bloodshed of generations of revolutionaries, and that it’s necessary to preserve loyalty and sincerity toward each other in future cooperation.

The expert asserted that the greatest achievement of this visit is a profound shared vision that Vietnam and China will achieve prosperity together over the next 2-3 decades, and this collaboration is expected to become a global model of how two countries can overcome differences to build a bright future for each nation, as well as for the region and the world.

Khuong said that to build mutual trust, Vietnam and China need to undertake symbolic projects, as suggested by Lam, like significant scientific and technological cooperation and large-scale projects that exceed expectations.
