(VOVworld) – President Truong Tan Sang on Tuesday presented the decision to promote Deputy Minister of Public Security, Lieutenant General Bui Van Nam to Senior Lieutenant General.

He asked General Nam and leaders of the Ministry of Public Security to continue to uphold the glorious traditions of the people’s police force and better serve the people and the nation. He also called for greater efforts in judicial reform, contributing to the building of a socialist state governed by law.
