Vietnam among Asia’s most improvers in governance capacity: CGGI survey
(VOVWORLD) -Vietnam is among the countries that have recorded the fastest improvements in governance capacity in Asia over the past five years, rising 12 places from 60th position in 2021 to 48th in 2025, according to the Chandler Good Government Index (CGGI) survey.

The CGGI survey was released on Monday in Hanoi by the Academy of Public Administration and Governance at the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, in collaboration with the Chandler Institute of Governance (CIG).
Conducted by the Chandler Institute of Governance since 2021, the CGGI measures government capacity and effectiveness across 120 countries.
