(VOVworld) - Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung on Thursday received in Hanoi Indian Minister of Commerce and Industry and Textiles Anand Sharman. PM Dung said the Vietnam-India relations of friendship and strategic partnership have expanded in different fields and Minister Sharman’s visit will make practical contributions to strengthening the relations in the future. He reiterated Vietnam’s efforts to join hands with India in developing their traditional ties. PM Dung wished that India would create favorable conditions for Vietnamese goods to access the Indian market to balance two-way trade. He also voiced support for India’s investment projects in Vietnam. The PM expressed his hope that both sides will closely coordinate activities to mark the 40th anniversary of Vietnam-India diplomatic ties and the fifth anniversary of Vietnam-India strategic partnership. Minister Sharman proposed establishing a committee to deal with issues arising in the fields of energy, information and technology and pharmaceuticals.  He expressed his belief that Vietnam and India will strengthen cooperation in IT, pharmacy and energy.
