(VOVWORLD) - DOLAB-JICA, a recruitment platform for those seeking jobs abroad, was launched on Wednesday by Vietnam’s Department of Overseas Labour and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).

The platform aims to improve information transparency regarding overseas employment. Users can download a free DOLAB-JICA app on their mobile phones or personal computers and look up job descriptions, which include overviews, locations, and base salary.
Only service businesses pre-approved by the Department of Overseas Labour can offer jobs on the platform.
Jobseekers can also send direct messages to recruiters for further exchanges. Through DOLAB-JICA, service businesses can tap into a bigger pool of talents, who are interested in working abroad and meet job requirements, thereby reduce recruitment costs and improve business stability and growth.
