Themed "Innovation-Think differently, Do differently for better", this year’s event sends a strong call to action and urges collective efforts from the community to promote innovation activities towards socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, and enhancing the quality of life for all citizens.

Minister of Science and Technology Nguyen Manh Hung said at a ceremony in Hanoi on Monday, “To make creativity and innovation a nationwide movement, a comprehensive digital transformation is essential, digitizing the physical world and bringing all activities into the digital realm.”

“The digital environment is considered ideal for turning bold ideas into reality. In this context, Vietnam’s innovation must be closely aligned with the country’s broader push for national digital transformation,” said Hung.
