Vietnamese culinary culture developed into a national brand

(VOVWORLD) - Vietnamese culinary is expected to be developed into a national brand until 2024, according to a project announced by the Vietnam Culinary Culture Association (VCCA) on Friday in Ho Chi Minh City.

The project aims to promote tourism and attract more international tourists and investors to Vietnam.  

From the collection of Vietnamese culinary data, VCCA will select typical and unique dishes with high popularity in different regions to build a start-up economic model and promote Vietnamese cuisine to the wider world.
