(VOVworld) - Learning that Storm Sandy has caused tremendous damage in Cuba and Haiti, Vietnamese Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, President Truong Tan Sang, and Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung have sent messages of support to Cuban’s 1^st Party Secretary Raul Castro Ruz and to Haiti’s President Joshep Michel Martelly and Prime Minister Laurent Salvador Lamothe.

Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh sent a similar message to his Cuban and Haitian counterparts.
