(VOVworld) - Vietnam Report, a business rating company, on Tuesday released its list of the 500 businesses with the fastest growth rates in Vietnam last year. The FAST 500 rankings pegged the average growth rate of the 500 businesses between 2007 and 2010 at 57%. Vietnam Report’s quick survey in January found that more than 70% of private enterprises in the rankings plan to increase their investment and production activities this year. Agro-forestry and aquatic products are expected to achieve a relatively high growth rate of over 50%, matching the steel and service sectors. Hanoi and HCM City remain the most dynamic economic hubs in the country, with their businesses accounting for a large share of the FAST 500 rankings.
