The People’s Newspaper front-paged a photo of Lenin and quoted President Ho Chi Minh as saying that Lenin was the great teacher of the proletarian revolution and led a moral life.

The People’s Army newspaper ran an article by Major-general Nguyen Viet Thang who wrote that Lenin’s doctrine on the protection of socialism remains valid. According to the article, the Communist Party of Vietnam, which has faithfully applied and developed Lenin’s doctrine has designed a sound strategy to protect the Socialist nation of Vietnam.

The online newspaper of Radio the Voice of Vietnam has a story featuring Lenin as a guiding star for workers. Lenin raised Karl Marx’s theory into a new height.
