He said that Vietnam’s social economic development has made the economic development model highly recognized and appreciated internationally. Mr. Binh added: “We should have scientific foundation to define the principles of the socialist oriented market economy. This is still a topic of debates but we will be selective on most popular criteria of international standards and practices to apply locally.”
